1 hour approvals are available for
conventional and FHA loans. VA loans may be submitted using our online application but do not qualify for our one hour approvals
because additional information needs to be gathered. It's quick and easy to apply. Simply fill out
the secure
online application and within 1 hour of receiving your information you
will receive a actual commitment letter. Our normal business hours are
Monday - Friday 9am-4:30pm, eastern standard time. If you apply during off
hours, you will receive your mortgage commitment letter by 10:00am eastern
standard time on the next business day.
